Not surprisingly, Dublin leads the way with the surburban Dublin counties of Wicklow and Kildare following behind. As soon as we move out of the top 3, we see a dramatic reduction in the average property price, with a huge difference of €264,000 when comparing Dublin (1st) to Meath (4th).
