Since 20210, the Irish property market has seen steady growth, with almost 3x as many properties being sold in 2022 than 2010. With the increase in properties being sold, we're seeing a natural increase in the combined value of those properties also, although at a higher rate, with property sales in 2022 representing 4.6x more than they were in 2010.
